I’m a Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s in Psychological Counselling, and I’ve been fascinated by human behaviour for as long as I can remember. I’ve been in the field since my undergraduate days, and for the past two and a half years, I’ve worked one-on-one with clients, helping them make sense of their thoughts, emotions, and everything in between. And I’m here to make that journey thoughtful, practical, and maybe even a little fun.
